My facial at Clarins on the Upper West Side was great. My facial was spectacular and the woman who performed my facial was extra helpful in informing me about my skin. This is not a spa however, it is a retail store and while the facilties for were extremely clean and comfortable, this is not a "spa" experience. When you emerge from the room you are in the retail store so don't look for a lounge where you can relax in your robe. But if you want a no nonsense, excellent skin treatment without all of the candles, incense and the sound of flowing water, then this is the place for you. Excellent service.
