The therapists were great and the facial was excellent and very relaxing. My nails were well shaped and the colour well applied. The room for the facial was comfortable but I felt the manicure tables were a little in the corridor which was not so relaxing.
This is my favourite salon of all time - all down to the ladies who work here. Have always made me feel party of the family - treatments are done well and they don't hard sell follow-ups. Would recommend and go back.

I booked the luxurious relaxing massage and it was heaven! The scrub and massage was amazing and the facial was the perfect way to end the treatment. I felt so relaxed and pampered. I will definately be visiting again.
While traveling in town for business, American Express referred me to this lovely place. I felt very lucky. The professionals there made me feel right at home. It was a delightful experience. I've already booked ahead for my next business trip to London this month!
Have regularly used Beauty Essence for 5 years and they are very good. As well as being a clean and well presented salon it is nice that I know the staff as many of them have been there a long time which is a testament to a good salon. Treatments are always very good.
Friendly staff, treatment rooms are always imamculate. Very good value considering they are based in the city and they are open long hours so can always fit you in at short notice.
Very good experience, staff are lovely and you don't feel you are being rushed in and out. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.
very professional ladies, who know exactly what they are doing when it comes to waxing. It takes time to find a therapist that you can trust, when exposed in such a vulnerable manner. They are quick which makes the pain almost bearable.
