This allows anyone of any size and gender to learn how to protect themself from unwanted harm, as well as get fit and stay fit. This is done by learning practical techniques and using both the hands and feet equallly. Our school is a very clean and a safe and friendly environment, with a staff that is there to help with your every need, from fitness questions to setting and maintaining you goals. we also offer Aerobic Kickboxing classes for those looking for a little more fun hwile they are learning. We have no annual contracts. Seperate children and adult classes.
