Unpleasant staff and unprofessional manager
I walked in for a regular pedicure with callus elimination treatment. The Korean lady staff causally filed the side of my feet using a nail filer (never heard of before) for 2 mins. When I requested to use a professional steel callus remover for pedicure, she got really angry. She told me to go to another place. I was shocked. I was in a rush for a dinner party and there I was with unfinished pedicure. I was about to leave the place to go for a different nail spa around the corner. The manager came over. I explained to her what happened. She said you should pay and come back again. I said I wont pay because this is an unfinished job and on top of that the service really sucked. She grabbed my arm and said that I could not leave. I was speechless. I explained to her that if there is a fly in food served at a restaurant no customer will be asked to pay. The food is to be returned and complains are to be made. She said: you are CRAZY in her Korean English. I left the place tears in my eyes.
